Before the words

Everyone cannot understand everything, but can understand something. We never try to dig the root of matters as you may say it is not practical or sometimes not fair to dig deep. Yes, you are right. But sometimes we have to, we have to understand the entire things. If you can’t able to understand the crux of the matter, then why do you convey the matter to others? So you should try to understand more before you announce.  Confused??

                Ok ok. It is a human behaviour that we announce something without a second thought, especially something which is not directly related with us. You never bother about the consequences while you twist your tongue. Sometimes we may wish to get an ability to edit the words that you’ve already ‘discharged’; unfortunately we can’t edit the words that we have spoken.  But you can edit it before you speak out. Don’t think it is impossible. Just practice it and you can. It will help you to avoid a lot of quarrels and misunderstanding.

               

                

What do our boys discuss about?

 This is about the youth of Kerala.

                Literature? No

                Cinema? Yes (A majority discusses about this-but don’t think the discussion is serious.)

                Poverty? No (They may say “Now we don’t have poor men here, you just go to Somalia to see them”)

                ………….? No

                ………….? No

Then what is that subject they discuss most?

It is about the liquor brands and the pegs they consume

Just peep into a friends’ circle

                A: Hei dude where were you last night?

                B: Don’t ask me man…

                A: Mm?

                B: A full bottle (Brand name) whiskey, 6 beer cans and we were just three there. We started at 4’ O clock in the evening. Oh man at 5.30, Tom went out and fetched another full bottle. You see, by this time, that wicked Vinu has already invited our Shakir, and he came with a half bottle (Brand name) brandy. I went out and brought 2 chicken 65. We finished all these, around 8’O clock. On the way back to home, I thought just have something more, so I went to XXX bar and have 3pegs and…………

                A: Oh, man I was at YYY bar with ….., ….. and …. and had a number of pegs, I don’t remember how many….

Discussion goes on, highly progressive and productive discussion with full of ‘spirit’

For the sake of….?

I was a little bit busy with the works of my short film. Still busy, but I have to write something for you. Don’t laugh dear, I admit, I write for myself, as everyone does. Said ‘Art for art’s sake’, and we agreed. But I think ‘Art for artist’s sake’. The ultimate intention behind any art form lies in the hearts of artists. So, me too writes for my sake, yes, a person who is not an artist can also perform for his sake!!

Persons performing for themselves: Husband, Wife, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter…..just ask yourself, for whom you perform? If the answer is as same as the above one, something will trouble you. You are not a single individual in your family, but linked together. Majority of us tries to perform individually and results in chaos. Each and every second, you perform for your sake, keeps you strange in your family or in your friend circle.

In a family the word ‘adjustment’ is essential to avoid quarrels. Right?

Wrong. Absolutely wrong. The word ‘understanding’ is vital for the smooth running of the family.

When you adjust for something, you have to suppress some of your feelings for the sake of others. But when you understand, you don’t have to suppress anything. So from now onwards, don’t ‘adjust’ but ‘understand’ for the sake of……?  ….!!

YOU DON’T LOVE YOUR CHILDREN!!

We all love the beauty of nature. Always arrange trips to the lap of it…..

 We all love children. Always try to make them happy and above all parents earn a lot of money for them. Yes you earn for them, but did you ever plant a sapling for them? Can your child say the name of plants or can they identify animals? If the answer is ‘yes’,  how they get it? From the books, TV, Internet or any other pictures, right? Your children are losing….. but you don’t bother. YOU DON’T LOVE YOUR CHILDREN !! 

Don’t get angry to me on that. On this (new) year you can start loving them…please let them live well

New Year till December 31st 2012

So we entered, some by pushing the doors hard, and some with a gentle push…. So how did you enter into this New Year?

On this year you have promised (?) that you will keep the first day’s spirit throughout. We all take some oaths to quit something on the first day…can you ever keep that word? I don’t think so… So let’s not quit something in this new year, but start something..(!) Start what? Start ‘Thinking’.  About the beauty of the world….How?

Men think everything in this world is made for them. .NO…it is not right. Nature will not support you if you are not fit for the world. (Darwin said so, and it is right.) So don’t think the world is yours, just think you too live in this world. Just try to be fit for the world.  

Think about:  Greenery of Nature, Birds and Beasts, Insects and Flies, Fellow beings and Family. Can you share the feelings of them? 

 So this year is for…………think it

Kill the questions....

Boring….the same question is repeated. So let’s wipe it away

Only from the page, not from your mind. Here we are on the threshold of 2012. A new year !!! A fresh breeze will touch everyone’s hearts, but for how long? How long can you keep that freshness in your heart? One day, two, three, a week, month or throughout the year?? The answer will be…..no don’t tell me.

So the spirit is there in everyone (not C2H5OH !!) Is it difficult to keep it there forever? If the answer is ‘no’, let’s discuss on it. What is clinging there to make your spirit? There will be a lot of things, you may count. Oh dear, stop counting, first you answer this question ‘On the New Year eve and day how will you kill the reasons? And don’t you have that weapon throughout the year? ’

Again questions…..how can I stop asking ‘questions’ ? Ohhhhhhhhhh….question again.

Experiment on the question/answer.

Yesterday we’ve discussed a question."WHY DO YOU LIVE?" You may think what words are being written or you may wonder what is important in such a simple question. Anyhow I hope some of you may think about the value of that question. I put it before you not to find an answer, but to brood over it.

The majority of us is running after something and wasting time. We can call them Alchemists!! 

Businessmen, Professionals, Drivers, Farmers…. yes, everyone, participating in a never ending marathon. So now we are going to peep into the family of one of these alchemists. (I know it is not fare to peep into other’s business, but for the time being. Agreed? Ok come on…)  

Shh….. tread softly. Oh the windows are closed. What’ll we do? Look, light in the bedroom. Hei, look upstairs. Yes, you are right, how can we reach there? Just climb over this tree (oh man, this tree,  I don’t know the name of the tree) Come on, I can push you.  Reached there? Can you see anything?

“Yes, I see the husband brooding over a laptop”

Oh really? Where is the wife?

“mmm….I can’t see properly…dim light…oh yes…she is there in the bed”

Slept?

“Mmm…man, let me watch…yes she is. Wait wait..she is not…she is typing something in the mobile phone”
